This product is used for the typing and qualitative detection of 21 subtypes of human papillomavirus (specifically including HPV 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 26, 82, 73, as well as HPV 6, 11, and 81) in cervical exfoliated cell samples from women. Based on the quantitative technology platform of multiplex fluorescent PCR, 21 types of HPV are detected using separate tubes for typing and closed tubes for detection. Probes of different colors are labeled for each type of HPV, and only three types are detected in each tube, which can effectively avoid the amplification efficiency differences between types caused by the use of universal primers in traditional typing techniques, as well as the competitive inhibition that may easily occur when all targets are amplified in the same tube.The virus DNA in the sample should be purified and enriched with a nucleic acid extraction and purification reagent before being detected with this kit.
